Phase 2:
Premier Homes crew and crane operator makes sure the home is balanced while it is lifted onto the foundation.

Phase 3:
The first half is set and the second half is coming over.

Phase 4:
Both units are in place and now we are raising the roofs.

Once landscaped and personal touches have been added, the finished home will bring years and years of enjoyment and memories.

Before You Buy...
At Premier Homes we want the process to go as smoothly as possible. There are many factors to take into consideration about the development of your property before you seek financing. Here are a few thoughts to consider on your way to purchasing your new home!
- What payment range are you comfortable with? Does this payment take into
account tax and insurance escrows?
- If land is being purchased has a title search been asked for? Is a survey
necessary to determine property lines?
- Do you have personal tax statements and W 2's from the last two years? Do you have current
pay stubs from your employer?
- What kind of site improvements are going to be necessary and will these be
financed? Have there been any estimates for water, sewer, power, driveway,
garages, basements, porches and the like?
- Have you walked the property and determined the best direction for your new
home to face? Where will the driveway be? Are there neighbors to consider?
Premier Homes entire staff has helped thousands of homeowners over the years
answer these types of questions and make the project enjoyable. Let us help you!
